No reheating being done at time of inspection. --refrigerator, steak 41.6, milk 41.3, ham 26.7, smoked sausage 42.3, walk in cooler, chili 25.3, green beans 37.9, lettuce 34.9, milk 35.6, chocolate milk 34.7, eggs 35.1, frozen food ok --Sams --Women's restroom does not open directly into dining area it is located down a hall. Door does not self close and no violation cited. Recommend having a self closure repaired/installed on door.
