KDA_3_30711 - --Condensation from the walk in cooler condenser was leaking onto a case of bottled water in the walk in cooler.
KDA_3_50115B - --Ready to eat ground beef (113 F) was cooling in a deep pan with foil wrapped on the top of the pan in the walk in cooler. (COS- a chill bar was added to the container and the foil was loosened).
KDA_4_50111A - --Paint was peeling on the ceiling in the walk in cooler.
KDA_4_90311A - --A case of clam shell containers were stored on the floor north of the dishmachine. (COS-removed from floor).
KDA_5_40312 - --Condensation from the walk in freezer was dripping into a bucket in the east storage room.
KDA_7_10211 - --There was an unlabeled white bottle setting on the ledge of the mop sink. The employee did not know what was in the container. "Corrected on site" (COS-container was discarded).

The packages need to be labeled as inspected and passed and have the end consumers name on the packages. --Sanitizer bucket: 200 ppm quaternary ammonia --Tilt Skillet: cowboy cavatini 172 F --True cooler: Spanish rice 43 F Walk in cooler: lettuce salad 38 F Milk cooler: milk 42 F --Walk in cooler: ready to eat ground beef 113 F. The beef had been cooked then placed in the walk in cooler to cool one hour prior, as per employee.
