Observation:Has open gallon of milk not date marked, must date when opened and use within 7 days or discard remainder. Corrected on site.
- Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises
Observation:Has recent delivery of food in cases on floor in basement, must be stored off floor by at least 6 inches.
- Storage and maintenance of wet and dry wiping cloths
Observation:Has wet wiping cloth not in sanitizer solution, must have bleach or other sanitizer solution for cloths, and keep submerged when not in use. Bucket made up now, must keep bleach solution separate from soap solution to ensure effectiveness of bleach solution, as use for sanitizer.

Observation:Need to wash hands before putting on gloves, corrected on site.

Observation:No one wearing hair restraints, all working with food must wear

Observation:Has cases of single use food service containers, on floor in basement, must store at least 6 inches off floor.

Observation:1)Meat slicer soiled on undercarriage area with dried food particles, clean more thoroughly.2)Front counter Pepsi cooler is soiled with food debris, clean. 3)Norlake cooler is soiled with food debris, clean.
- Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean
Observation:1)Shelving and racks are sticky and dusty, must clean more thoroughly.
