Observation: Test strips are expired. Must have test strips within expiration date to ensure proper concentration.
- Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
Observation: Tiling behind line counter is broken and no longer eaisly cleanable. All flooring installed must be nonabsorbent, smooth, and and easily cleanable. Repair as needed.
- Equipment used for heating, holding, and cooling of food shall be sufficient in number and capacity to provide adequate food temperatures
Observation: Rubbermaid chest cooler is not equipment to be used for cold holding. Require equipment uses mechanical refrigeration. Remove cooler.
