Observation: The four compartment sink has several issues holding water in the sinks. The veggie prep sink that is currently being used as a ware washing sink leaks underneath. The sanitizer sink does not hold water at all. All plumbing must be kept in proper working order.

Observation:Hand washing sink had vegetable residue in it. A hand washing sink is for hands only. Manager stated it was being used as veggie prep sink because of plumbing issues with the four compartment sink.

Observation:mop stored in mop bucket. Mop must be air dried when not in use.

Observation:Soda nozzles and drain on soda machine have mold build up. Must clean as often as necessary to keep clean.

Observation:vent covers soiled with dust and spider webs. clean as often as necessary to keep clean.

Observation:1) Cooler under microwave excessively soiled. 2)Knife holders under cutting boards excessively soiled. Clean all non food contact surfaces as often as necessary to keep clean to sight and touch.

Observation: Cardboard was reused in cooler under microwave. Cardboard can not be reused.

Gaps under or around exterior door-back door sweep has section missing, must repair or replace, seal wherever light showing through to keep pests from entering.
