    Clean inside top of microwave. (splatter stains)
  • Service sink required
    Contiunes to wait for plumber to install mop sink. Very limited space in area to install mop sink Suggest moving salt container for water softner under 3 compartment sink and install mop sink near water softner. COntact certified plumber for installation.
  • Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
    Walk-in cooler floor rusting slightly. Replace with cleanable surface to prevent rust from contaminating food. (all food stored 6 inches off the ground).
  • Using a handwashing sink- operation and maintenance
    Hand sink plug was blocking water from draining. Opened plug. Ensure hand sink is available for use at all times for proper hand washing.
  • Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises
    1) Chip/peanut rack needs to be adjusted to 6 inches off the floor. All food and food items must be maintained at least 6 inces off the floor for easy cleaning and food protection. 2) Bread stored next to hand sink in kitchen area. Move away from hand sink to prevent water from contaminating food.
