    Observation: Separate raw chicken, ground beef, and raw fisk, raw eggs in storage. Chicken should be stored lower than ground beef and ground beef shall be stored lower than raw shell eggs and raw fish. Ready to eat foods shall be stored above raw foods.
  • Date marking for ready to eat, PHF/TCS food prepared on-site or opened commercial container held for more than 24 hours
    Observation: Many ready to eat items held refrigerated were not date marked as to when opened or prepared. Food was corrected.

    Observation: Pre-packaged cold stone ice cream some containers not labeled as to ingredients and allergens.
  • Food employees hair is effectively restrained
    Observation: all prep staff shall restrain hair with a hat, visor, or hairnet. This is a repeat violation.
  • Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean
    Observation: Gaskets on reach in refrigerators require a more thorough cleaning.
