Observation: There were gallon jugs of de-limer, sanitizer, and dish soap stored on the same shelf as gallon jugs of vanilla, molasses, apple cider vinegar, etc. COS by moving the de-limer, sanitizer, and dish soap to a lower shelf.
- Bare hand contact with ready to eat foods
Observation: Employee had bare hand contact while cutting up a cantaloupe for use on salad bar. COS by discarding cantaloupe, washing hands, and donning gloves.
