Observation: The fan guards in the walk-in cooler were dusty. The dishwashing machine was soiled. The area surrounding the pop nozzles and ice chutes at the self serve pop machine were soiled.

Observation: The cooler between the ice machine was at 44 degrees ambient. There was cheese and lettuce at 45 degrees.

Observation: With the western most ice machine, the front plastic cover was in bad repair, which exposed insulation.

Observation: There were boxes and drink lids not inverted to prevent contamination throughout the establishment. There were gloves sitting on the floor near the walk-in cooler door.

Observation: The handle of the ice scoop at the drive-thru pop machine was laying in the ice. Corrected on site.
