    Knives were being stored with the food contact surfaces up. Sliverware must be stored with their handles inverted so that food contact surface is not contaminated.
  • Equipment used for heating, holding, and cooling of food shall be sufficient in number and capacity to provide adequate food temperatures
    Cooler holding pop has to be turned off due to condensor freezing up. Coolers must be able to hold potentially hazardous foods must be maintained under 41 degrees. Make repairs as needed.
