Observation: The person in charge was not wearing a hair restraint while prepping food in the food prep area.

Observation: The person in charge was only dipping the dishes in their sanitizer for a couple of seconds. The requirement is for dishes to remain in that sanitizer for a minute or more.
- Physical facilities maintained in good repair
Observation: A ceiling tile was missing in the food prep area.

The facility did not have a Sick Policy on hand. Inspector went over Food Service 101 with the facility.
