Observation: Menu does not have consumer advisory.
- Equipment used for heating, holding, and cooling of food shall be sufficient in number and capacity to provide adequate food temperatures
Observation: Lowboy, and two prep tables were not working at time of inspection. Before restaurant can open these pieces of equipment shall be working in order to serve the menu/capacity. Beer walkin in back room is necessary for business to have adequate refrigeration for cold holding food for restaurant and catering events.
