Observation:Has a reused cardboard box holding food items, must provide a container that is smooth, cleanable and nonabsorbent for this purpose.

Observation:Need to label bakery items that still need to have ingredients on the labels. corporate is working on new labeling.

Observation:No chlorine test strips to check concentration of dishmachine, provide test strips for this purpose, does have at other location on campus and will bring them to this site.
- Established procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
Observation:Needs to develop response for cleanup of V&D events, given written information and examples.
- Dressing areas and lockers
Observation:Has purse on rack near food packages, must provide area/container for personal items to prevent contact with food and food service items.

Has shelving in closet by serving line set up less than 6 inches off floor, must raise the two adjustable racks to be at least 6 inches off floor to aid cleaning.

1) Has packaged food items from production kitchen without full ingredient labels, made at C St location, does have book available to reference for allergies. Corporate will be implementing labeling later in the year. 2) Need to label the shaker for spices and parm cheese along serving line.

1) Reusing cardboard box for transferring items to other site, must provide a container that is smooth, cleanable and nonabsorbent for this purpose, ie has plastic containers available for this purpose.

Handwashing signage had been removed form sinks, given new signage to post now at all handsinks.

Handsink in kitchen has leak at faucet connection.
- Cleanability of floors, walls, and ceilings
1) Handsink by service counter appear loose, tighten and then caulk the sink to wall to aid cleaning. 2) Light in closet holding foods by front service area does not appear to be coated, either provide coated bulb or a light shield. 3) Floor tiles in kitchen have some cracked or broken pieces, when remodel must repair these flooring areas.
