Observation: Walk-in freezer on east side of the kitchen has condensation build up above packaged food items. Staff stated they would re-arranged the items so they were not directly stored under the dripping hazard.

Observation:Large ice build up on the fan in the walk in freezer located in the Middle School custodian's area. Currently a dishpan is place under the ice to ensure it does not drip onto the shelving below storing frozen ready to eat foods.
