Observation:The large walk-in cooler located in the lower level has condensation build up on the part of the fan. The staff have not stored foods under the area of concern. However, it is a designated food storage area.

Observation: Serving site ready to eat chicken patties in the Elementary Serving site temped at 129 degrees during the service of the last lunch. Staff stated Wigner Electric are schedule to repair the warmers this week.
