    Observation:Observed taco meat in warming unit was 128 degrees - it had reheated on a hot plate shortly before that. Reheated to at least 165 degrees, corrected on site.

    The presence of insects rodents, and other pests are controlled as required
  • Comminuted fish, meat, game animals commercially raised for food, and raw eggs not prepared for immediate service 155°F for 15 seconds the time/temperature relationship specified in the chart in the Food Code
    Observation:Observed brats that had cooked from frozen were in warming unit at 130 degrees - reheated to at least 155 degrees, corrected on site.

    Observation:Observed peach pie slices covered in whipped cream held at room temperature at the serving window - pies placed in refrigerator, corrected on site.
