Observation: No procedure for Norvirus clean up. Food establishment must have procedure for employees to follow when responding to vomiting and diarrheal events that involve the discharge of bodily fluids such as vomitus or fecal matter onto any surface within the food establishment to reduce foodborne disease transmission. Observation: Excessive ice buildup in reach-in freezer. Must defrost, clean and sanitize to prevent source of contamination keep freezer free of ice.

Observation: Crack on microwave exterior door is taped. This facility must replace the microwave e within 6 months due to the duct tape is not a smooth and cleanable surface or if not in use, remove from the premise. Manager removed Microvawe from premise at the time of inspection and corrected on site.

Observation:Has quat sanitizer but unable to locate test strips, provide proper test strips for sanitizer.
