Observation: Raw shell eggs stored over ready to eat foods in the reach in refrigerator. Corrected on site.

Observation: Multiple items in reach in refrigerator out at bar and in kitchen were not date marked.

Observation: Observed quart jar of apparent alcoholic beverage in refrigerator and apparent pickled eggs stored in gallon jar behind the bar not from approved sources. Corrected on site.

Observation: Moderate/heavily soiled hoods above grill and fryers. Apparent grease dripping down the back wall leading into the basement behind the grill and fryers.
