Probably my hometown of Boston..or Chicago. I'm in Baltimore now and appreciate the more mild climate

We are at 600' elevation east of Seattle, so colder in winter than Seattle. While we love it here, the coldest days of winter are barely tolerable, I couldn't live anywhere that is colder. We have been here 25 years and have gotten down to 10F a couple of times, but usually average 20-35F, maybe a few days at 15-18F.

Southern New England is my limit. I have relatives in Northern New England, and there is a HUGE difference in temp and snow amounts

I could never live anywhere cold again, so nowhere above 2,000ft elevation or north of I-80 in the west, and nowhere north of I-20 east of the Rockies

I don’t want to live anywhere North of Atlanta. That’s cold enough for me.

I personally haven't found it yet. I love cold weather and cooler climates; places with long cold winters and lots of snow make me happy

I'm actually about as far South as I would live.

Baltimore is my limit. I wouldn't want to move any further north

The *coldest* place in the mainland US is the area around Fargo, ND. Honestly, I wouldn't mind living there. It's growing very rapidly in population and seems like a decent little northern Midwestern city. I'm from the Midwest so it's hard to find any place colder than here other than parts of Alaska, Siberia, and Antarctica.

If we're not talking about *frigid* or extreme cold, I guess Denver or Utah.
