I've always said Southie reminds me of San Francisco visually. South Boston is so old-school Boston that nobody I've mentioned this to can see it. I'm so excited someone finally thinks the same thing!

These are beautiful photos. I've been researching Boston for a story, and, man, the more I look at pictures of the city, the more I want to live there. This started out as being just another thing I had to do to make sure I had accurate designs, now I'm obsessed with the town.

I hope I at least get to visit one day.
