Questions about PARK COLONY CLUB:

Why do you refuse to bring your property up to code by providing required hand rails on stairs which do no meet Allen Park code resulting in members falling and critically injuring themselves. Why do you allow children to leap into 12 feet of water, including off a dive board, from different directions resulting in physical collisions, one of which I observed that injured a young child? Why don't you have a required spinal support board, required by the Red Cross, to minimize spine and head injuries? Why did the water in your pool just fail MI minimum standards with excessive algae and bacteria, compromising everyone's health? Why do you think its OK to circumvent building codes, thus putting your members in harms way? Why is someone critically injured as a result of your failure to obtain necessary permits from flimsy safety items? Why did I pull a child out of the water, while struggling, when your lifeguards missed it? Why did you allow a man to photograph children, on property, three years ago, leading parents to shield their children from harm? Why don't you regard your member's health and safety?

The pool water was filled with algae and bacteria as a result of the club's failure to repair and long broken pump. It resulted in excessive bacteria in the water, resulting in the city closing them immediately. There are no permits tied to projects around the club, resulting in numerous, significant injuries. Assuming you care for your loved ones, avoid this club.
