- Observed employee improperly washing their hands. She touched the handle of the faucet to turn it off. I went over how to properly wash hands. Monitor other employees as well to make sure they're properly washing their hands.
- There is a leak at the faucet of the hand sink and the 3-compartment in the back.
- The sink across from the soda fountain didn't have soap. You must treat it as a hand sink due to having food over there. If the sink was originally intended as a hand sink it must be treated as such.
- There is soda syrup, a rag and debris on the floor by the soda syrup.
- Sanitizer concentration was too high. When I sprayed the quat sanitizer it turned the test strip a blue like color. It seemed like the sanitizer was mostly chemical. The bottle was emptied then remade to be 300ppm. You need to go over with employees how to properly make sanitizer.

- The hand sink in the back kitchen area didn't have paper towels.
- There are some light shields that are missing over the hand sink in the back kitchen area.
- There was an unlabeled bottle stored over the 3-compartment sink. It was labeled as window cleaner. Also be careful of storing chemicals over the 3-compartment sink so that the chemicals won't contaminate dishes.

- Doughnut case was found missing glass on one side. Repair or replace.
- The following items were found to have an accumulation of debris and buildup: Pizza cooler, Soda racks in reach in cooler, Steel shelves displaying sandwiches, Soda machine, Microwave, Coffee machines, and creamer dispenser. Wash rinse and sanitize these surfaces and include in routine cleaning schedule.
