- Facility's metal stemmed thermometer was not properly calibrated. It read ~38f. Explained that the nut needs to be turned to read 32f. Employees were unable to turn it by hand. You must get another if you're unable to fix this one.
- Observed employee improperly washing their hands. All other employees washed their hands properly. Discussed making sure all employees know how to properly wash their hands. Watch all employees wash their hands, any that don't do it properly will be taught how to properly wash their hands. I need documentation of this. Please include a plan of action of how you will prevent more hygiene violations in the future. Also observed an employee use his cell phone and not wash his hands after. Cell phones can contain germs that can make people sick. They should preferably not be used while working.
- There is a coat and a purse on top of a CO2 tank as well as a coat on top of soda syrup. Employees belongings should be stored away from food and food contact surfaces. You may need to install more hooks for employees to be able to store their things.

- Observed an employee turn the faucet off with wet hands. I explained to the employee that a paper towel should be used to turn the faucet off when washing hands. The employee re washed hands properly.
- Observed a towel stored on the faucet of the three compartment sink. Towels should be stored in sanitizer solution between uses.
- Observed the inside of the ice machine to have black build up. Routinely wash. rinse, and sanitize.
- Observed a missing tile in the wall above the walk in cooler. Repair/replace.

- A ceiling/wall tile is missing in back area of kitchen.
- Chlor sant was >200PPM in wiping spray bottle.
