In the reach in cooler eggs were stored on the top shelf over ready to eat foods and drinks. The kitchen manager moved them to the bottom shelf.
There were many personal food items in the reach in cooler. Discussed labeling them as personal and separating them from the facility's foods.
The slicer was covered in a black garbage bag. Discussed using food grade plastic to cover equipment when not in use.
