Observed broken handle on the 3 compartment sink faucet. A vice grip is being used to turn handle. Repair.
Observed the handsink in the kitchen that was blocked by a trash can. Handsinks must be accessible at all times. The trash can was moved at the time of this inspection.

There was 0 ppm chlorine sanitizer in spray bottle. Chlorine sanitizer in spray bottle must be maintained at 100-200 ppm. Sanitizer was corrected at time of inspection.

By the fryer there was a mixing bowl of dough on the ground.
Observed damaged door seal gasket on the walk in cooler. The handle of the rolling pin had tape. The screen on the fryer has a wrench.
