- Observed missing outlet cover by the fryer. Provide cover.
- Observed icing/dough buildup on equipment throughout the facility. All equipment, food contact surfaces, and non food contact surfaces shall be cleaned daily or as often as needed to keep the equipment free of dust, dirt, food particles and other debris. Clean all equipment in restaurant including all racks and mixers.
- Observed broken handle on the 3 compartment sink faucet. A vice grip is being used to turn handle. Repair.
- Observed the handsink in the kitchen that was blocked by a trash can. Handsinks must be accessible at all times. The trash can was moved at the time of this inspection.
- Observed cardboard used as a liner on the floor in the walk-in cooler. Cardboard is not an easily cleanable, durable, or non-absorbent surface. Remove.
- Observed debris buildup on floors throughout facility especially around the prep areas and in the walk in cooler. Clean.
- Observed peeling paint on walls throughout facility as discussed with staff during inspection. Repair.
- Observed debris accumulation on walls throughout facility especially around the fryer and prep areas. Clean.
- Observed un-shielded light in the flour storage area. Provide shield.

- There is no thermometer in beverage cooler. Provide thermometer.
- Observed raw eggs in walk in cooler stored over a box of open sprinkles. Eggs were removed by staff at time of inspection.
- Observed bag of cocoa powder stored on floor. The bag of cocoa was removed off floor at time of inspection.
- Observed shaker container with heavy debris accumulation stored down in pitcher of oats. This can lead to cross contamination. Clean both shaker and oats pitcher and store items separately.
- Observed wrench used as a handle on fryer screen. Repair.
- There was 0 ppm chlorine sanitizer in spray bottle. Chlorine sanitizer in spray bottle must be maintained at 100-200 ppm. Sanitizer was corrected at time of inspection.
- There was icing/dough buildup on equipment throughout the facility. All equipment, food contact surfaces, and non food contact surfaces shall be cleaned daily or as often as needed to keep the equipment free of dust, dirt, food particles and other debris. Clean all equipment in restaurant.
- The cold water handle to the hand sink faucet is broken. Currently you have to move a vice grip in order to run cold water.
- Found build-up of debris on floors throughout facility. Clean the floors.
- Food build-up on walls throughout the facility, especially behind the 3-compartment sink and around prep areas.
- Found stained/damaged ceiling tiles throughout the facility. Also on several areas throughout the facility the trim is missing and untreated wood is exposed. Repair.

- By the fryer there was a mixing bowl of dough on the ground.
- Observed damaged door seal gasket on the walk in cooler. The handle of the rolling pin had tape. The screen on the fryer has a wrench.
- There was icing/dough buildup on equipment throughout the facility (stand mixers and racks).
- The cold water handle to the hand sink faucet is broken. Currently you have to move a vice grip in order to run cold water.
- Found build-up of debris on floors throughout facility. Clean the floors.
- There is cardboard on the floor in the walk in cooler.
- Found stained/damaged ceiling tiles throughout the facility. Also on the corner of the wall that is close to the 3-compartment is damaged and has exposed wood. I pointed this out to the owner.
- Food build-up on walls throughout the facility, especially behind the 3-compartment sink and around prep areas.
