Found utensils stored with handles stored down. Store clean utensils so handles are facing up.
Repairman was called during inspection and he would be coming to check the sink today.

The door seal to the upright refrigerator/freezer unit in the kitchen is broken. Also there is a towel on the handle of the pizza oven. The side of the counter in the kitchen by the crock pot is starting to miss the cover. I pointed this out to the employee. All surfaces must be easily cleanable.
Observed gap around the screen door to outside in the back storage area. The lower left and the top has a noticible gap that is allowing flies to enter the facility. Either the door must be repaired so no daylight is visible or keep the inner door closed. Per employee they will keep the inner door closed so there isn't a gap.
The floor is cracked and missing pieces in front of the 3-compartment sink.
There is buildup on floors behind the bar.
