- The outside of the sauce bags boxes are dirty. There is sauce splattered on them and they're discolored like they have absorbed water or something like that. Suggested putting them in plastic bins so they're easily cleanable. The seal around the mop sink is missing in places and discolored. There is tape on the corners of the electrical boxes. Per manager it is due to the corners not being flush with the wall and catching on clothing. Suggested either screwing into the wall or using corner guards/covers. By the 3-compartment sink there is a stick with a rag held on by duct tape. The manager didn't know why it was there or what it was used for.
- The outside of the sauce dispensers have an accumulation of sauce. Per manager they're taken apart and cleaned weekly. Suggested wiping them down in between deep cleaning.
- There are cups at the bar area that have been stacked together wet.
- There is standing water under the water heater. Per manager she hasn't noticed that before and suspects it's from the pipes being cleaned out. There is also buildup on the floor around the water softener in this area. The floor in the walk in freezer has buildup on it.

- Observed employee food items being stored in walk in cooler near restaurant food items. Ensure all employee food is stored separately from restaurant. Employee items were moved to a separate storage bin.
- Observed debris buildup in the inside and on top of ice machine. Ensure the ice machine is routinely cleaned.
- Observed cups being stored wet at waitress station. Also observed bins being stored wet near dish machine. Ensure all food utensils are fully air dried before storage.
- Observed debris buildup on floors and coving near dish washing machine and rear hand sink. Ensure all floors are routinely cleaned.

- Found moist wiping cloth stored on kitchen counter.
- Found lent buildup on fan grill inside walkin wings cooler.
- Found clean, wet metal pans stacked together still wet.
- Found upper attic door open.

- Found temp of cole slaw 46* in reachin cooler. Food label showed it was prepared 2-11-15. Food Mgr vol discarded cole slaw & will have cooler checked.
- No therm in one reachin cooler & one reachin freezer.
- Found boxes of food stored on floor in freezer.
- Some spice food dispensers did not have handles.
- Found clean, wet plastic food containers stored together.
- Found lent/soil buildup on walls next to grill line & also above light fixture in walkin cooler.

- Found several spices stored in plastic containers not labeled.
- Found a box of cucumbers and tomato's stored on the floor in the walk-in cooler. Also, found a box of tater tots and bags of fries stored on the floor in the walk-in freezer.
- Found several clear plastic food containers stacked in the dish washing room cracked/chipping. Discard cracked containers. Re-paint or re-place rusty shelves in the pretzel reach in cooler.
- Observed cloth towels not fully stored (hanging over side of bucket) in the sanitizer solution in one of the wait staff stations.
- Found several clear plastic food containers stored on clean rack stacked together still wet in the dish washing room. Also, found plastic drinking glasses stored clean at both lobby soda stations and in the bar. Allow items to be air dried.
- Observed cracked floor tile in the walk-in beer cooler. Repair/replace cracked tile.
