- 229.163 (h) (8) before gloves. Observed employee trying to work on hand sink, then put on new pair of gloves, but did not wash hands prior to putting on gloves.
- 229.166 (i) (1) (B) HWS improper use. Do not place items inside of handsink. Observed dirty scoop and rag inside of handsink.
- 229.166 (c) (3) hot water sufficient. Upons first arriving for inspection, temporary handsink did not have hot water. According to manager, handsink keeps turning off, and has to be reset. Handsink must always have sufficient working hot water throughout business day.
- 229.166 (h) (1) (A)HWS not convenient. Mechanical hand wash station, was not working, when first arrived for inspection. Hot and cold water were not operational. Machine had to be reset, so it could properly work.
- Establishment must always have at least one person on duty with a Food Managers Certification. Manager on duty, due to move, was unable to locate her certificate.

- Establishment does not have hot water. Establishment is aware of the problem and is currently working to repair. No dishwashing may occur until hot water has been provided. Establishment may boil water temporarily for sanitizing purposes. Employees must wash hands frequently, use hand sanitizer and gloves. Inspector will return to follow-up later in day. Establishment must have hot water provided by end of day or license may be suspended.
- Chemicals found being stored next to clean wares under dishwashing area. Clean wares and chemicals must be stored separately so that contamination may not occur.
