  • Observed beverage stored on prep table next to single service items (cardboard containers for food). Ensure personal beverages are stored in an area that will prevent contamination of food, wares, and single use/service items.
  • Observed dead crickets under shelving units in back room. Ensure dead crickets are eliminated and area is cleaned/sanitized.
  • Observed microwave soiled with food debris. Ensure the microwave is cleaned on a routine basis to prevent the accumulation of food debris.
  • Observed drawer on prep table (next to hot hold unit) soiled with flour and food debris. Items in drawer were also soiled with debris. Ensure the drawer and contents of drawers are clean and free of food debris.
