  • Observed leakage in cabinet under beverage dispenser at the drive thru window. There was waste water/sewage observed to be on bottom of cabinet and few fruit flies around liquid. Ensure any and all leaks are repaired so there is not waste water/sewage on bottom of cabinet. Elminate all waste water/sewage on bottom of cabinet.

Bare hand documentation for establishment is incomplete (signed acknowledgment form and corrective actions are missing). The 2 barriers are double hand wash and hand sanitizer. Ensure the bare hand documentation is fully completed. Establishment must have written statement of corrective actions for employees who do not follow procedures and all employees must sign an acknowledgment form.
  • Handsink that is located near the 3 compartment sink does not have cold running water readily available. Ensure the hand sink is repaired so there is cold running water readily available.
  • 229.165 (d) (1) (B)free of breaks, cracks. Observed ice scoop with a piece of the scoop missing. Ensure all wares are in good condition and free of breaks/cracks.
  • Observed push handles on dining room soda dispenser with sticky soda residue. Ensure push handles are routinely cleaned/sanitized to prevent soda residue from accumulating.
  • Ch 13, Art II, section 13-26 Display permit. At time of inspection, the fodd establishment permit that is posted expired 10-2012. However, establishment is up to date in the system. Ensure the current food establishment permit is posted in customer view.
