  • Observed pankcakes and cooked eggs stored next to raw shelled eggs in refrigerator across from fryers. Ensure all raw animal products are stored below and away from ready to eat or cooked food products. Corrected on site
  • At time of inspection, certified food manager certificate could not be presented. Ensure the certified food manager certificate is available and current. There should be at least 1 certified food manager present at all times during hours of operation. If food manager certificate has not been registered with the city of San Antonio, ensure to take certificate to the health desk at 1901 S Alamo.
  • Observed inside panel of ice machine soiled. Ensure the ice machine is routinely cleaned to prevent build up of soils/debris.
  • Ch 13, Art II, section 13-26 Display permit. At time of inspection, the permit that is currently posted has an expiration date of 5-2013. Establishment is current according to system. Ensure the current food permit is posted in a conspicuous area.

  • Handwashing facility must be fully accessible at all times for employee use. There can be no barriers and this sink can be used for handwashing only. Hand sink near the drive thru was blocked with a garbage can.
  • Gnats observed in varous locations of the establishment. Eliminate the presence of insects by using any approved means.
  • Store toxic items away from food and other items needing protection by spacing or partitioning. Observed spray bottles stored hanging from the drive thru utensil and condiment rack.
  • Sanitizing chemical is not available for the mechanical dish washing machine. The compartments of the three compartment sink must be large enough to fully submerge items to be sanitized.
  • Chapter 13 Article VI Take your current Food Managers Certificate and obtain a valid and current food manager's certificate issued by the director of the SA Metro Health Department which can be purchased at 1901 S. Alamo.
  • Provide an accurate thermometer for the wall mounted freezer.
  • Clean the inside of the ice machine.
  • Your establishment must obtain and post a valid permit within 10 days. Please go to 1901 S. Alamo to obtain a new permit.   • The door gasket of the reach in cooler at the drive thru must be in good repair.
  • Clean the utensil storage container stored at the prep sink near the wall mounted freezer.
  • Unused ketchup dispensers located in the dining room and in the kitchen must be properly cleaned.
  • Food contact equipment must be in good repair. Observed a cracked dispenser holder and cracked plastic coffee blenders.
  • Clean the underside of the cream and juice dispensers.
  • Clean the ice chute for the coffee blender. The last documented date for cleaning was week 1 of September.
  • Post most recent graded inspection report in customer view.
