- 229.164 (v) (2) (C) Food>41°F. Observed opened jars of olives and cherries stored in non working walk in cooler. Cooler had an ambient temperature of 52°F. All PHF must be stored at 41°F or below.
- 229.166 (i) (1) (B) HWS improper use. Observed various bar items stored in rear hand washing sink. This sink is for hand washing only.
- 229.164 (f) (2) (A) (iii) cleaning / sanitizing. Observed beer bottles stored in a pool of rusty,biofilmed water in outside cooler. Outside cooler must be emptied and cleaned/sanitized. Ensure all beer bottles or stored in a sanitary manner.
- 229.164 (o) (7) (A) consume by date (prepared). Refrigerated, ready-to-eat food not properly marked with a use by date. Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, PHF foods held for more then 24 hrs. Shall have a consume-by-date. The day of preparation shall be counted as day 1. If held at 41F or less food can be kept for a max of 7 days.
- 229.168 (c) (1) toxics stored. Observed toxic spray cans stored next to boxes of straws. All toxic items must be stored below and/or away from food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles.
- 229.168 (b) working container not labeled. Toxic material taken from bulk container and placed in an unlabeled spray bottle. Label spray bottles with common name of toxic material.
