  • 229.164 (r) (1) (B) (iv) manufacturer info. Serving/selling of prepackaged juice bearing a warning label that states not packaged for individual sale. Also found candies with no manufacturer label available for customer self serve.
  • 229.164 (o) (9) (A) (iii) unmarked food>4 hrs. Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, potentially hazardous food not labeled with the date of the earliest or first prepared ingredient.
  • 229.168 (c) (2) toxics above items. Do not store laundry soap and dishwashing liquid on top of clean pots and pans. These items must be stored separate from food storage,from food prep and from dish storage areas.
