3-501.15 Cease wrapping or covering food until cooled. Tuna from a can 68F, covered in plastic wrap, cooling inside the RI line cooler.
4-602.12 Clean microwaves at least every 24 hours. Food debris on the ceilings of microwaves.
4-202.16 Replace damaged gasket on cooler door. Reach in line cooler gasket does not tightly seal. Torn door gasket on the cooler, (wait station).
