At the time of the inspection the facility was operational. The facility does not do any on-site cooking. All meals are prepared off-site at Hemphill Elementary School. Meals are picked up in cambros by one of the staff who have valid food safety training and delivered for only the number of students that are present on that day.

4-402.11 Provide seal between hand washing sink and adjoining wall inside of male restroom.
