3-101.11, 3-202.15 Discard all food that is not in safe condition due to contamination.// The end of the drain line from the ice machine was completely submerged in dirty water in a stopped up mop sink immediately adjacent to the ice machine. Possibility of backflow in the line. Ice discarded due to possible contamination.
