3-601.11 Cease the sale of food not labeled for individual retail sale as specified in law. Capri Sun juice pouches and barrel juices.
4-601.11 Clean bottom of RI cooler. Accumulation of residue on the bottom of RI ice cream display cooler. 4-602.13 Clean non food contact surfaces as often as necessary to prevent accumulation of residue. Accumulation of black residue on bottle glides.

3-501.16 Maintain potentially hazardous food at 41 F or below. Cheese, eggs, luncheon meats, and milk 45째F inside of the RI display cooler. Manager states that the owner increases the temperature so that the cooler will defrost ice. 3-501.16(A)(2) Maintain PHF at 41 F or below. PHF in cold holding unit > 41 F due to faulty equipment. Cease use of equipment until repaired and verified by JCDH.
6-501.111 Provide effective insect control. Observed roaches crawling at the time of the inspection.
JCDH 3.2.2 Management allows secondhand smoke in the food establishment. Employee was smoking at the time of the inspection.
ADPH 420-3-22-.03(a) Discard potentially hazardous food requiring refrigeration when past the date limit placed by the manufacturer or packager. Georgia Boy Smoked Sausage expired 03/08/12 and 03/13/12, items discarded prior to the end of the inspection. The following shelf stable items were found to be past the manufacturers date limitation: Hormel Soup Cups chicken with vegetable & rice expired 02/12, Shur Fine spaghetti with meatballs expired 02/20/12. Items were removed from the shelves prior to the end of the inspection and discarded.
3-305.11 Store food at least 6 inches above the floor. Can of vegetables, pickled pig feet, and pickles stored on the floor.
