4-601.11 Clean bottom of RI cooler. Accumuolation of grime and residue on the bottom of RI cooler. Defrost and clean the interior of the RI ice cream display freezer. 4-602.11 Clean fan covers on RI coolers and/or RI freezers. Accumulation of dust and grime on fan covers of RI coolers. 4-602.13 Clean non food contact surfaces as often as necessary to prevent accumulation of residue. Accumulation of grime and black residue on doors of RI coolers.
4-202.16 Replace damaged gasket on WI cooler door. Torn and hanging gasket on WI cooler door.
5-205.15 Repair condensate leak in WI cooler. Condensation leak coming from the pipe on the unit and on the doors of the WI cooler.
5-501.113 Keep dumpster closed. At the time of the inspection the lids on the dumpster were open. 5-501.116 Clean dumpster. 5-502.11 Provide adequate refuse collection frequency. Dumpster was overflowing and trash was all over the ground.

Accumulation of grime and residue throughout the facility: underneath the shelving inside of the WI cooler, under shelving throughout the facility, on shelving, and underneath equipment.
6-501.113 Store maintenance tools, such as brooms and mops, so that they do not contaminate food, equipment, utensils, or linens. Store mops and brooms off of the floor.
