JCDH 2.1 Provide a Certified Food Safety Manager, with card from JCDH, on the premises at all hours of operation when using on-site food safety training.//FSE has been providing on-site training;however,the manager on duty at the time of inspection has not renewed his certification--expired in 2010.

EHS has provided ServeSafe class schedule and a copy of requirements for Certified FS Manager when doing on-site training.
