Samford employee delivered food for children at 11:05am in Cambro containers. The menu included meatloaf (154 F), mashed potatoes (161 F), and broccoli/califlower (156 F). All items were above 135 F.

3-305.14 Provide chlorine solution at 50 to 100 ppm for storing cloths used to wipe counters and equipment.

EHS delivered new regulation packet to daycare director during inspection. The menu today which is catered by Samford Univ included meatballs collard greens black-eyed peas which were all above 135 F at time of inspection. Lunch had just ended at time of inspection but EHS was able to temp the remaining food.

Food was catered in today from Yellow Bicycle Catering per employee. Samford Univ is not in session again until June 04, 2012 therefore food has to be catered in. PHF was above 135 F (salisbury steak, sweet peas, and mashed potatotes).
