2-401.11 Provide designated area for employees to eat and drink where contamination of food, utensils, equipment, linens, and unwrapped single service/single use articles cannot result. Personal drink stored uncovered above single service items. Opened bottle of sports beverage stored above single service items.
3-307.11 Cover all food in storage. Toppings in freezer, food items reach in cooler and freezer and items in walk in cooler stored uncovered.
3-304.12 Store utensils left inside containers of non-potentially hazardous foods with handles above the top of the food. Do not use cups without handles in bulk food containers. Oreo container has plastic cup without handle.

Establishment is using curling ribbon as decoration for ice cream cakes. Ribbon does not have packaging to protect from possible contamination and does not have labeling identifying that it is food grade. Discontinue use until documentation is provided to JCDH personnel, identifying that it is approved for food contact usage or that it is food grade.

2-401.11 Cease smoking, eating, or drinking in areas where food, utensils, equipment, linens, or unwrapped single service/single use articles may become contaminated. Three personal drinks-two on food prep areas and one opened bottle on single service rack.
2-401.11 Store employee food in a designated area below and away from food, utensils, equipment, linens, and unwrapped single service/single use articles. Employee lunch stored opened on top of food items in walk in cooler. Canned beverage stored in reach in cooler un protected.
3-304.11 Prevent the contact of food with non-food contact surfaces, or, with food contact surfaces that are not properly cleaned and sanitized. Dipper well at ice cream topping station/blending station-- pipe that is used to stop up dipping well is clogged up with old food/debris. This is a food contact surface (the blending equipment is stored in this dipper well). The pipe also has black tape on it. Remove black tape and provide a food grade pipe that fits properly in to hole. Use only food grade equipment for food contact surfaces.
4-702.11 Sanitize all utensils and food contact surfaces after cleaning and before use. Ice cream/equipment that was stored down in handwashing sink was used by employee at blending station.
3-304.11 Prevent the contact of food with non-food contact surfaces, or, with food contact surfaces that are not properly cleaned and sanitized. Cutting boards need replacing-stained and uncleanable.
3-305.14 Provide quaternary ammonia solution at concentration specified by manufacturer for storing cloths used to wipe counters and equipment. No wiping cloth solution set up throughout facility.

Cups at cash register stacked on a red tray do not have wrapping.
4-904.11 Protect unwrapped single service utensils from contamination. Single service items on storage rack in back-side storage room stored under maintenance equipment on shelf. Rearrange items on shelf to place single service items above and away from maintenance equipment.
6-301.12 Provide paper towels or drying device at all hand sinks. Two handwashing sinks without paper towels. Towels were stored at food service area not at handwashing sinks.
5-205.11 Cease using handsinks for any purpose other than handwashing. Utensils/equipment used for ice cream service stored down in handwashing sink at drive thru area.
