Inspection entered under incorrect permit #18000 Correct inspection date 1/9/2012 time - 10:50am - 11:30am Observed handsink hot water temperature 142 F. Advised the manager that the temperature for the handsinks could be adjusted as long as they meet the 100 F minimum requirement.
