Description: In business since 1984, Rib Hut is famous for one thing and one thing only: ribs, of course! They have a variety of different options, from big beef ribs to baby-back pork ribs, and the sauces vary from their special barbecue sauce to mesquite smoked with a honey glaze. Ribs here are slow-cooked in a Texas style, which makes them mouth-watering and falling off the bone. Their menu selection also includes barbecue brisket, which is lean, smoked, and thinly sliced, as well as juicy sausages, chicken-fried steak, and a number of steaks, including a charbroiled sixteen-ounce T-bone. Their burgers are also worth a mention—the half-pound Angus steakburger is a local favorite—but are certainly not the best reason to come here.Wednesday night is the time to come to Rib Hut, if you can get in the door, as they offer $1.25 rib night, which means you can pack in just about as many ribs as you can eat without breaking the bank. They also offer a selection of beer and wine, which means you can enjoy your barbecue the way it was meant to be eaten: over a cold beer in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
