Description: Anyone that is interested in craft beers and great food must pay a visit to Jaxon’s. Established in 1973, this restaurant and microbrewery serves up tasty Southwestern food and a rotating selection of their own house-made beers. Signature dishes here include homemade potato green chile and tortilla soups, Santa Barbara beef, a specially seasoned grilled sirloin served sliced with Jaxon’s own barbecue sauce, gourmet hamburgers, and more. Tried and true spicy lovers and even the odd New Mexican will be impressed with Jaxon’s green chile sauce, and their “King” margaritas and signature cocktails are acclaimed as some of the best in the region.
