Description: Located on the site of the historic Barefoot mining claim, and (at 6,400 feet) higher than any other lodge east of the Rockies, these 45 condos are across the road from the Terry Peak Ski Lodge and 15 minutes from Deadwood. One- to four-bedroom units are available, and each has a private bath, kitchen, living and dining room, fireplace, and a great view from the balcony. A pool and hot tub are on the premises. Time-share programs are available, as is one four-bed cabin.

Description: These two luxurious vacation homes are near Cheyenne Crossing, deep in the Hills and close to Deadwood, Spearfish, skiing, snowmobile trails, and hiking. A stream runs close by, and there’s a trout pond near the houses. Each fully furnished house has five bedrooms, three baths, and kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Both houses have a jet-spray tub and garage. One house has an outdoor Jacuzzi.

Description: These 17 condos are attached to the main lodge, which faces the Terry Peak Ski Area. Each has its own private entrance. Seven of the condos have two bedrooms and two baths; the remainder have one bedroom and bath. This is nice but simple lodging for people more interested in being outdoors—the condos have no phones, cable television service, or air-conditioning, but they do have fully equipped kitchens. Guests have access to an indoor pool, hot tub, and game room.
