Description: If you are interested in gymnastics, then head down to the exhibit located on the second floor of the Science Museum. Inside you will find portraits of the 68 inductees from 20 nations who have been instrumental in promoting the sport of gymnastics. The board of directors chooses their inductees from all over the world. Many are athletes, but not all. They include Mary Lou Retton, Stoyan Deltchev, Bela Karolyi, Karin Janz, Valery Liukin, Shannon Miller, Bart Conner, and Nadia Comaneci. Beside the portraits, visitors will find placards that provide information about the inductees. Included in the exhibit are videos and gymnastics equipment. This is an exhibit unlike any other. As a matter of fact, it can’t be seen anywhere else in the world.
