Dinker’s makes its burgers daily by hand, using an ice cream scoop and a hand press. The burgers are cooked to order and served as a single, a double, or a massive triple, which equates to close to a pound of beef. Burgers can be prepared just about any way, and options include a patty melt, jalapeno burger, spicy buffalo burger, Husker burger (bacon, cheese, and barbeque sauce), and a Bluejay burger (swiss cheese, bacon, and bleu cheese dressing). Diners can top any burger on the menu with a fried egg. The restaurant recently added some outdoor seating, which is popular in nice weather.
