Description: OmaLink provides transportation between Omaha and Lincoln from a number of locations: airports; hotels and motels; college campuses; and custom pickup points, such as a home or office location (there is no additional charge for being picked up at an office).The vans are a ubiquitous site along I-80 and, though reservations are recommended, the vans will also take walk-up passengers for a ride. In Omaha, passengers can get on a van at the Eppley Airfield Ground Transportation area, on the center of the main level near terminal door three; in downtown Omaha; or anywhere else in the city for an additional charge. In Lincoln, the vans can be boarded at any Lincoln hotel, college, university, or the airport. Drivers will assist passengers with baggage, and tipping is recommended. Military and seniors receive $5 off the ticket price and a solider returning home from a tour of duty receives free shuttle service. OmaLink also provides corporate and group discounts, private charters, and special conference rates.Rates for a one-way trip between Omaha and Lincoln are $49.95 for one passenger; $74.90 for two. Round-trip rides are $79.95 for one and $114.90 for two.OmaLink also offers a few other special services: They will courier a package between Lincoln and Omaha, provide a ride from Omaha for a Nebraska Cornhuskers football game, take people to doctor or hospital appointments, and stop at any one of the interstate exits between Lincoln and Omaha to drop off or pick up passengers.Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the departure time get a full refund; those made less than one day in advance will get a $20 surcharge. No-show passengers are charged the full rate for the trip.
