It's about the High Bridge across the New River Gorge, north of Fayetteville. It's the highest (or is it 2nd highest now?) single span arch bridge in the world. About 850 ft from bridge down to the river.

Once a year, they close Rte 19 and let people walk across the bridge, bungee jump from the bridge, even parachute from the bridge. Draws quite a crowd.

Oooh wow, I would love to bungee jump though. I found the site and saw the bridge what a view. Hub said why not go. I told him you think you can handle over 100 thousand ppl possibly. He said um no that is ok, we will go to Coopers Rocks instead.
