Driving and holding the camera over the Astoria bridge. Cellphone use may be illegal but cameras aren't are they?

One of the many inland salt water bays along the coast

South Bend

A foggy Ruby Beach on the Olympic coast. Not good photo conditions, but typical of the weather there.

Default More Washington coast photos going north to south

A lighthouse on San Juan Island. Forgive the low quality. This was shot with my cellphone camera. Another San Juan Island shot with the cellphone cam. A foggy forest along the Olympic coast. The ocean is through the trees. <br>Rush hour at Pacific Beach, Washington Grayland, Washington. The ocean is about a half mile to the left of of this photo. Downtown Raymond Highway 101 snakes along an inland saltwater bay south of Raymond.
World's longest beach. The sign says so, so it must be true, right?

And here it is!!!!

Dense coastal forest at Cape Disappointment.

Overlooking the mouth of the Columbia river from Ft Columbia State Park.

Now that I think I have the hang of this, I may (moderator permitting) add more photos of our beautiful western Washington area soon.

Man, we've got everything here, or so it seems. Great shots and, also, fantastic contrasts between town and country. That coastal shot in the fog was simply marvelous.
